I was saying 14.0 is slow as in its not as fast as they usually run with a good driver, usually 1/4 mile times posted as a general guideline on the internet or in a magazine will be done with a pro driver, not sayind .3 seconds (less really) is so much faster just that 14.0 is a slow projected time in comparsion to what they really run.
