3:73 or 4:10 for Naturally Aspirated 1999 Cobra?
The car is primarily a weekend street car. I don't drag race, I will street race occaisionally. Looking for the best gear for all-around power improvement.
Next mod after the gear will be x-pipe.
Then the big decision... Cold Air, Super Charger or save up for 2007 GT 500.

I'm debating on the same thing but for different reason. I think i might s/c the car in the future and dont want to spend the money 2 times on getting 410's then swapping them out for 373's.

depends on whether you want to have the speed off the line or in the long run...410's will launch you right off the line but they are not highway driving worthy or necessarily better at the end of the 1/4....so it depends...i have 410's i like the launch i get but she is my daily driver now so its kind of annoying on the highway...luv jenna

For your stated use and mods, I'd say 4.10. If you're not going to drive it every day, you might as well get the most acceleration you can. Good mod plan to get that DOHC breathing deep at high RPM...
But if you're going to save up for a 07 Cobra, (or GT 500, or Shelby, or Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 SVT Cobra, or whatever the hell they want to call it) then I would take that $500-$800 you'll spend on a gear swap and put it in a savings account for that down payment.
