Just an "idle" video. Comp Stage 3 Cams (106460)... Car is dirty as ****, just got it back yesterday... My phone takes pretty good video for being a phone, lol

I'm not disclosing labor costs, lol... Here's a brief parts list though:
Engine:
5.1L Stroker
2004 Terminator Block bored .30 over
Forged Stroker Crank
Oliver Billet I Beam Rods
Calico Hardened Bearings
Forged Probe Pistons (8.5:1)
Ported 04 Cobra Heads (310cfm @ 450 lift)
Comp Stage 3 Cams (.475/.450, 238/240, 116 lsa)
3.4L Whipple (3.5 Pulley, 22psi)
SCT BA3000 Maf
The engine is fully studded
Factory Timing. I did NOT do it.

Oh, wow, that sucks. You're missing out on 20-30 hp while not degreeing them. The stock cam sprockets are anywhere from 0-6 degrees off. You should have gotten adjustable cam gears and degreed them. Especially if you were paying a shop to do it. They should have had the tools/abilities to do it.
And why not say how much you paid? Just curious.

And as far as labor goes, I paid nothing... I removed the engine myself, had the machine shop build and assemble the bottom end. My shop then put the motor back together, and I was suppose to put it back in the car. Well I was too busy with school at the time, so they just put it back in for me, for free...
