It's a typical IRS exhaust. What's weird about it?

What are you guys seeing in the exhaust pics. It looks like an IRS exhaust to me.
The 8th digit in the Vin tells you the engine should be a "V" for Cobra
The car also has a Saleen front bumper that looks out of place when you don't do the whole kit

i think most are seeing how the fit on the exhaust sucks which is making it look funny! and the svt logo is on the wrong side of the trunk, wrong tail lights. some 01 cobras came without spoilers but this one had one but it was removed.

The rear bumper on a 99 Cobra is the same as a 99-04 GT bumper.

It reads "Mustang" in the bumper. They didn't add the "Cobra" lettering until 01.
