Lowering spring and stock intake question.

I was wondering if some eibach lowering springs for an 03/04 bolt on to my 01 cobra?
And also, I was looking for a stock air intake system to pass smog since my jlt wont pass smog, but will an 03/04 cobra fit it?

Yes the springs will work if they are IRS springs. not sure on the intake.
Just make a CARB sticker and put it on

But what should I go with. H&R or Eibach?

I've had both and I like the H&R better. But honestly both are great choices
