Default 1999 Cobra IRS Bushings
Throughout research I have noticed that they are notorious for making popping sounds at lower speeds and what not. Have any of you experienced that and if so have you used an OEM replacement or an aftermarket?

I don't think anyone is putting stock OEM bushing back into an IRS. I say Derlin bushings
