Default Mustang Cobra driver's seat lumbar support

I recently installed 2003 Cobra seats in my wife's 2004 GT convertible. When I pump up the driver's seat lumbar support, the BACK of the driver's seat expands, rather than the front. It's almost like there's some support panel behind the lumbar support that's missing or detached. Thanks in advance for any suggestions/solutions.

Default Problem solved

FYI - figured out the problem. Pulled up the leather seat cover on the seat back. The lumbar support air bag has a loop attachment that is supposed to be anchored over a prong in the lower portion of the seatback. That lower portion has a molded hard plastic back to contain the air bag. The air bag in my seat had somehow come off the prong, and had moved up higher into the portion of the seatback that has no molded hard plastic back. The solution was simply to slide the airbag back down, re-anchor it, and re-install the leather seat cover. Everything works great now.
