What 03 cobra parts sell the best?

What 03 cobra parts sell the best?

I posted this question in the "New Member" area without much success. Hopefully you guys can enlighten me a little. Here is the copy/paste.

I am a total Ford newb. I will soon be acquiring a wrecked 03 Mustang Cobra. I plan to part it out and I may have some questions during the process. I will also have all of the parts for sale. The car is rolled over. The swap looks fine. And hopefully the interior will be nice. I hear those seats are worth a pretty penny.
First question; What parts besides the obvious motor/ trans swap and seats will be worth good money? Are the brakes an upgrade? Rear differential?

look around over on svtperformance.com, classifieds section, for ideas on pricing. people will be leary of any one with a low post count trying to sell parts though, if you're going to try sell on the forums.

I'd say that most any salvageable part is worth something!!!

FYI: I'm looking for a few misc interior parts for the wife's 04 Cobra!

If you want to make some money, if the motor is not damaged at all with low miles, you can sell the drivetrain for 8-10k.

Good luck with parting it out. Post up on SVTP, SVT Snake, Here, etc.

Yes most any salvageable part is going to be worth something.
I would say the best selling parts would be the engine and transmission.
Alot of people are swapping out the IRS.
Why not fix and rebuild that 03 Cobra and drive it?

i would say bumpers, trunk lid with spoiler, side skirts... anything that is still in good shape

Yeah, that's the whole reason to buy the car really. I just hope I can get it at a profitable price!

Yeah I'm not sure much aside from the rear bumper came out unscathed.
