I got the Mach one rear end in it man. Also can I paint my stock heat exchanger

oh sweet good deal i got a solid rear also! yes you can i painted mine...get some high temp engine paint and lightly spray so that it doesnt run... and make sure you go at diff angles to get each side of a fin multiple light coats is the best cause running is very very easy!!

do they make a fin straightner that you know of mine are kinda messed up a little bit. I suppose i could just paint it black that might now look to bad

ya they do like a 10 dollar part its called a fin rake or comb...i know jegs and harbor freight have them i would guess advanced and auto zone do also

The stock flywheel in an 03-04 Cobra is McLeod Aluminum, and is better than most aftermarket ones. The DF clutches are good but have known issues at big HP so if you are at 600 or more than go with the Spec 3+ or the McLeod RXT.

Make sure you replace the TOB retainer with a billet one, go 26 spline on everything and use PenzOil Synchromesh in it to soften up the shifting notchiness.

The best rear suspension upgrades are at www.fulltiltboogieracing.com read up on their site and watch the IRS videos and you will be a believer.

Hey everyone thanks for all your input on the stuff. I ended up ordering the spec stage 3 plus clutch. I know the centerforce clutchs r good but I plan on getting over 600 horse soon so Thats y I went with that. Another question is what short shifter should I go with and still have it look stock. Do I really need a short shifter kit.
