I have the passenger side head back on and and need to install the camshafts
and junk back on.

Its in TDC now and and just need to make sure the camshafts are in the correct position.

With #1 piston in tdc how should the camshaft dots line up? Im a bit confused on the diagram and such. I have also read the camshaft dots should both be pointing straight up??

Also when does the camshaft lock come into play?

thats a weird diagram, its showing the timing marks/ angles aren't the same for ps and ds cam... kinda weird, idk if thats how it is for the 99/01s i have a full timing diagram and directions that are pretty indepth but its for the 96-98s, let me try to find one for the 99/01s.

with #1 at tdc the crank keyway will point towards the passenger camshaft sprocket. Keyway will be @ 45* left of "straight up"
