I believe the 99s had Teksids, but the 01s mostly had WAPs, with a small percentage getting leftover Teksids...

No Teksid blocks in 99 Cobra's , It is indeed a WAP block.

A few Teksid blocks where put into some as a replacement motors if original blew under warranty.

But the 99 Cobra did receive the WAP block from factory not Teksid.
99 was the change over to the Windsor plant not using the Italy made (Teksid) block anymore. Only for replacements motor using remainder of stock left over.
