Default Changing Idler Pulley? (99 Cobra)

Hey all, I have a stupid question.. How can I relieve enough tension on the belt to change out the idler pulley on my Cobra? I seem to have lost my Haynes Manual, and google turned up a video that proved to be useless. It was saying that you should be able to fit a 1/2" breaker bar into the tensioner pulley and push down, well there's no place to do that so I'm at a loss and don't want to break anything with careless ideas I might have.

Have you tried rotating the tensioner pulley and sliding the belt off?

That's my problem right now, I can't find any good way to rotate the tensioner down to loosen it up.
