New 1997 cobra saleen!
Just bought myself a 1997 cobra saleen, new to the forums, figured I would sign up sense i find myself here a lot.
Anyways its been highly modified, runs 649 whp at 15 lbs of boost. No numbers on 25 lb boost tune

Oh yea. They are one of my favorite set ups for your year. A buddy of mine has one sitting in his yard since high school and it is just rotting away but he will not sell it for some reason. I just want to get it back on the road. Yours should be really fun to drive man. Be safe but enjoy it too.

Finally got some numbers in, 649 rwhp. Meth doesn't kick in till 15 lbs of boost and its tuned to turn on at 15 lbs.. so i need to fix that. Plus a smaller turbo would be nice, doesn't reach any boost till around 4.5-5k rpm and hits 15lbs at around 6k. im thinking 72mm or possibly a 76mm with a good meth tune.

I'd either step down to a 7675 billet wheel or possibly add a small nitrous shot which will help spool it up. A coworker of mine used to own a 4v 4.6 with a 88mm turbo, that thing was a turd until he threw on a 75 shot to spool it up and it was a whole different animal.
