2004 V6 3.9

Recently while driving I went to shift from third gear and it was stuck but moved into neutral along with it vibrating the shifter handle and pressure but it wouldn't move in neural at all, felt locked in so I hit the shifter handle softly a few time on each side and it seemed to break free, moving freely in neutral and only going into third. I kept driving starting in third each time and trying to shift randomly at different rpms/speeds into other gears and sometimes it would work normal and shift fine into any gear but usually when I would shift back to third it would get stuck again and move straight back into neutral/straight back into third with the vibration and pressure.. Had the clutch and 26 spline put on 8 months or so ago.. Maybe put some extra pressure on the trans and something broke? I know originaly when the shop installed it the trans started leaking bc the seal didn't hold and they said they resealed it, haven't noticed any fluid on the ground but thought I'd mention it..

Had it at the shop.. Time for trans rebuild.. Anyone use tick performance here?
