Where were 98 Cobra engines made?

Where were 98 Cobra engines made?
Where 1998 Cobra engines made in the USA, parts used made in USA, etc? Also what about the transmission. I hope that the engine was made in the States. Ger.

The 98 Cobra used the Teksid block, yes? I think those were made in Italy...? Then they switched over to the Windsor in 01, which was made in Canada... Not 100% sure about that, but I think that's it...
