Default 99 Cobra upgrade to terminator supercharger

How hard would it be to put a 03 supercharger and a 04 lower intake in my 99 cobra 32 valve dohc. I found both for $1500. Will it work?

It's a massive amount of work to convert, I've helped a number of people with the conversion and pretty much without exception they all said they would never do it again.

You're better off with a Procharger or other hang on blower.

Otherwise you could contact Derek at Polmax and see if he can help, tell him Steve from Tasca sent you..

I believe you'll need heads, intake, timing cover, accessory drive, intercooler plumbing, wiring etc, etc.

I don't think you need heads (I could be wrong)...but there is a lot of little crap to keep track of.

Seems like a lot of work to do it.

Almost seems better to just swap a 03/04 complete motor in! lol

Isn't there an issue with intake port match?

And yes it would be easier to do a complete engine swap, people just don't take into account all the little differences between the two.

Yup, I can't even begin to count the number of times I've priced out that list.

If you are gonna go through that hassle...just do an H/C/I LS2 swap and make stock 03 Cobra power N/A.
