27K Original Miles
Zero Mods
Manual
Red Exterior
Tan Leather Interior

Low miles like that, they're going for $17,900, but all of the sellers are asking
$3000 above NADA, KBB, EDMUNDS, and so on.

If he's at ~$12,500, you got a deal... $15,000 would be what he could get.

If that's the Mustang you really want, then (taking everything at face value) you're gonna have a hard time finding a cleaner, better condition one than that. Personally if I were gonna spend that kind of money (and I might, pending sale of my house) I would be in the market for something much newer such as a '13+ GT, which is a better car in every conceivable way besides maybe ones own aesthetic preferences.
