Default New owner of a 99 cobra

I am the proud new owner of a 99 cobra with 51,000 miles. Here are the mods: Eibach pro kit springs, B&M short throw, chrome bullitt wheels. Before I bought the car I crawled under it and noticed the front right spring was shifted out of the isolator!!!! The guy said he had them installed at a speed shop over a year ago. Did the goofies let it slip out when they put it back together or is it possible to jump out in extreme conditions. Needless to say I bought the car and he knocked $500 dollars off the price of the car. Also here are a few other things I have noticed:1) When I changed the oil (6 Quarts mobile 1 Syn.) The dip stick only reads half way between min and max. Does any one top off an extra .5 Quart or do you just stick with the 6Qt. recommendation. 2) When the engine is cold, the pass. side head has some clatter until it warms up. 3) Once the engine is warm there is a different sound- VERY LIGHT rattle or pecking coming from around the oil pan-bell housing area. I hope this is not the beginning of a rod bearing, but it doesn't really sound like it. 4) Finally, the drivetrain seems to have a fair amount of slop in it, is this normal or IRS or has she been flogged most of the 51,000 miles. Sorry for the novel, any comments will be appreciated.
By the way, these are mostly concerns and not complaints, the car rocks and I can't believe I waited 3 years to get another stang since I gifted my brother my 88 LX 5.0.
