i was thinking about getting my seats recovered and doing them in black leather with the tan suede inserts like is on the newer cobras. for those of you that have them, do you like the suede, and is it hard to keep clean. i have never had any experience with suede in a car and i was just wondering what your opinion on it is. i am trying to decide between that and just tan leather in the middle.

Get the dark grey suede. It is sooo awesome bud. The seats are also very comfortable. Seude is nothing to clean, just wipe it down...

I've got the Charcoal Grey Leather with the lighter grey inserts. I've driven this car every day for almost 5 years now and the inserts actually hold up better than the leather. The leather cracks over time and the passenger seat leather has scrathces from chicks dragging their butts across the seat getting in and out. The inserts look like new.

I wanna ask you 03-4 cobra guys something. Is it just me, or do you need to be short and skinny, with a small ass to fit in the stock Cobra seats? It was like they designed the seats for oompa-loompas.

THey do fit me better than my larger friends.

But the whole seat is adjustable. The ass bolsters, as well as the side bolsters go in and out. I think they could be put in the right position to fit anyone.

I bolstered the hell out of everything and still my ass went to sleep from the side bolsters being too tight. I'm not the smallest guy, I'm 6'3' and 210 lbs. I suppose after a while the side bolsters would spread out a little, but If I owned one I would be forced to change the seats.

My buddy is 6'0" 290 and he seems to fit allright.:D

You'e got a large mammal friend there, i'm 6"0 and 180 and I fit fine, although my shoulders don't fit in it perfectly which can be annoying on long trips...
