Default '03 terminator muscle in a '97 cobra

I was hoping to get some info from someone that may have done this or knows what the job may entail. I am really close to buying an' 03 DOHC supercharged engine to install in my high milage '97 cobra (the deal is pending). The engine is complete from the intake to the pan, comes with clutch and pressure plate, as well as all of the wiring. I am in the need of getting a new transmission anyway, so getting the T-56 is going to be part of the project. I was thinking that I will only require a computer module for the engine and a boost gauge... I am very far off here? I think if I can pull it off, this car will be one hell of a beast with performace exhaust, new suspension, new rear end (with 3.73s), aluminum drive shaft, and light polished-aluminium wheels. I am trying really hard not to get too psyked so that if the deal falls through, it doesn't deliver a crushing blow... But I don't think I can help myself.

Thanks for any info y'all might have,

You will need the wire harness as well. Sounds like a sweet project. Probably a good idea to get some race mm's as well.

The wiring harness comes with the engine, good thing too, as this last piece of the puzzle will pretty much break me (but it is for a good cause ). Now, I have been trying to figure out what the "race mm's" are... race maximum motorsports something, or race something millimeters, or race motor mounts? I think that I will need to replace my mass air meter as well. Will I need to replace my current fuel pump? Also, it is looking like the motor doesn't come with headers. Did they go to different headers on the supercharged motor, or will it be okay when I connect my stock naturally aspirated DOHC headers up? From what I know, they will work and as I know it, the further back you go in the exhaust, the more important it is for it to be unrestricted. I don't really feel like spending much more money right now, but now would be the time to do it right. [sm=happy046.gif]

I thank you in advance for any advice and info you guys and gals out there might have for me,
