^ Old blogger photo's.
"These are not leaked images of the new Mustang, but rather old photos from a blogger event held last year in Dearborn to show off some design studies, according to a Ford spokesperson."

To me it looks nothing like the Mustang anyway.

The bottom photo of the concept on the 1st page says one thing to me; Camaro. They have also said that it will be more aimed at the European crowd as well, but "forced" on us as Ford shifts to a more global design. Just have to wait and see. If it is aimed at that, this may be the last one I own. So far we have the Focus, Fusion, and Escape to point me in the direction that Ford is going. Just my thoughts and nothing else.

It seems like when Ford gets an inspired design (like the Fusion) they cram it into everything else. Don't get me wrong, I like the Aston-Martin front fascia look but give us Mustang enthusiast something that stands apart from the everyday norm.

Agreed, back about 1986 or 87 Ford did the same thing, the Tbird, Mustang, Taurus, Tempo all had very similar looking nose ends.
The new trapezoidal style grill is not only showing up on Fords but on Hyundai, Toyota, Infinity, Lexus etc. It looks good on the Taurus and Fusion and even the Fiesta, but the Mustang needs to remain individual from that look because it's just a fad and will fade away like all other fads do. An average person who knows nothing about cars can tell a Mustang apart from any other car from 50 yards away even though the word Mustang or Ford isn't anywhere on the exterior of the car since '05. The 2015 should be the same way, the first time someone sees it the first word to pop into their mind should be "Mustang!"

Doesn't look like a Camaro to me. Looks like a Mach 1 Mustang.

Just a quick note, that's a hexagonal grill, not a trapezoid (6 sides vs. 4). I know Hyundai came out with that idea many years ago and seems it got copied by a lot of others.

Here is a photo of the supposed car out testing. Looks very much like the C&D render.
