It's like a bad redesign of the S197, the 05-09 looks good. I got your drama queen right here, it's ugly and you know it. lol

Troll-boy stop filling up the forum with useless comments in your quest to get post counts.
Anyways... back on topic this redering looks just like the Fusion and it's a shame if Ford doesn't give the Mustang its own unique lines.

Haters are goin to hate. It won't matter what Ford does with the Mustang. They hated on the '05, they hated on the '10 and they will hate on the '14. Ford could do a lot worse than those renderings. Exactly what do you expect Ford to come out with? From the pictures of the '14 all clad in camo, it still going to be the same basic layout as always.

Because the Fox body looked completely different to every other Ford back in the 80s too, right?

Not saying that because they tried to keep a family resemblance in the past that it's good, just I wouldn't put it past them. I maintain that the best looking Mustangs were the 1st gen fastback, the 69 facelift and the 05-09, for me anyway.

I wish more renderings included *** shots of the car.

That one looks like a nice car.

I agree, way too much 'just refreshing the current model' in this render.

Looks okay regardless, but not as good as a '13.

Looks like they took the '13, stuck on a set of new Taurus headlights and adjusted the lower facia.

......
EDIT/ but to be fair....

I see front end similarities between picture one and this.

I like the overall shape of the blue one, but I think the camo car in the spy shots seems smaller than this render. Also I don' t care for the new Ford corporate grill, kind of puts it in the generic looking category for me. Would like to see a more distinct Mustang front end.

I honestly think it's going to look more like the current gen, than anything else. Ford hit a sweet spot with the s197, and I doubt they're going to do something as drastic as the Fox Body -> sn95 for the 2015.

I think it will be a marriage of the current Ford offers like the Fusion, with the current s197 body style. It's just not what Ford is doing creating some one off hero Mustang that they have to re-convince buyers of.

Just my opinion.
