2015 Mustang Revealed (First Official Images)! in Autoweek Magazine

I have to say I am a fan. It looks like a baby compared to the 2010-2014's, but that could just be because of the fold in the page.
I like that it is an evolution of the much loved S197 and not a complete revolution. Personally, I was hoping for more weight loss. Only 200 lbs? That's maybe 5% and not as much as the 400 lbs (10%) that I had heard rumored.
I can't wait to hear what the power output is from the new 5.0. It better be spectacular to make up for the lower weight loss.

The things that I dont care for are the headlights, the lack of the foglights in the center grill, the taillights, the rear window and the side window. Headlights look too ricer for me, the taillights look strange, the rear window dimensions seem strange (but that could be the picture angle), and the side window is right up next to the side door glass. The side profile is very GT-R ish. But this is also from lo res pics of a magazine that has been wadded up somewhat. I guess it could grow on me over time, but it wasn't like the first time I saw the 05 and thought without a shred of doubt that is my next car.
If I really don't like it, I'm seriously considering the new Stingray for my next car if the wife doesnt want to order a 14

Judging from a folded magazine page, my initial reaction is not too bad...My biggest concern (gripe) is the "corporate image" front end. This makes the car one of the Ford family of vehicles, but at the same time tarnishes the iconic Mustang image.
All might be forgiven if the first time you go WOT the hairs on the back of your neck stand up!

It may grow on me later but I am really glad I popped for a loaded 2014 5.0 Premium with options on the options. I'm not road racing mine, nor am i drag racing it. 420HP and 3600# is just fine as is the solid rear axle. The 2015 so far looks to me like the lines don't flow. Like you took a Hyundai and bolted on fender flares, spoiler, dam and scoop. Not having a round "badge" "faux gas cap" on the back just looks wrong. But it might look great in person or a year from now. We'll see...

So we are supposed to believe that some magazines drawn imagesfrom some guy's thoughts that are printed before the official release from Ford are the the real deal?
Normally the these drawings have some thought based upon REAL photos of test cars with uncovered panels, but NO ONE has seen the new car without very heavy pads and false body lines yet, at least no pictures have been seen.

EH, I'm not trying to be a hater but, back in those days the Camaro would whip the sh*t out of the SN95....THOSE WERE TERRIBLE DAYS! and yes, I drove Camaro's/vette during that time period!
