Went to see the new need for speed movie yesterday. Ford hit a home run with Mustang product placement in this movie. And the new S550 does make an appearance at the end for the hero and his girl to drive off into the sunset in. Super sexy bright red GT! Might be the best movie placement since the Bumblebee Camaro in the first transformers movie.

Fun Movie. Not exactly an awesome plot, but for a Video Game inspired Movie.... It was all about the fun and the visuals. In that regard...definitely hit it out the park. There really hasn't been a movie with this amount of realism in the car action scenes, the sounds or the detail they created in all those replicas.

Can a 900+HP Carol Shelby Custom Mustang launch and go airborne.... Sure it can. ;-)

The real fun happened after the movie let out...and there were just a few more Mustangs in the lot than usual. And of course.... burnouts.

And then a few Donuts.

And a few pickup races on the 1/4 mile back lot. ;-)

Until the next NFS Movie.... this was a good shot in the arm to hold us for Ford's new s550's.
