The 2015's are pretty new so not too many people are taking them apart yet. You can search on line for a subscription service for Ford Service Manuals and you can find the correct PDF for interior parts removal and assembly.

I'd guess that you could get the info from any of the shift linkage companies, Barton, MWG, etc.
