I’m having a knocking/thud/rattle sound coming from the front right suspension. It happens when I drive over bumps or cracks in the road or metal tracks for gates. Also manholes, pavement to concrete transitions, pulling in and out of driveways. It’s noticeable at lower speeds anywhere from 5-30 miles an hour. The dealer can’t seem to locate or mimic the noice which is really annoying. I’ve taken multiple techs on drives and they all hear it. Initially they told me it was the struts. They replaced them. Literally driving out of the dealership, I hear it it’s been there 5 weeks now and they can’t seem to figure it out

most sources for front end clunk and thudding on the front of a car,
Upper Strut mounts - you replaced the struts but did you replace these?
Lower control arm bushings and/or ball joints (usually easier to replace the entire arm that comes with it all)
Stabilizer links
Stabilizer bar bushing (often overlooked but fairly common failure point).

If it's coming from specifically once side i'd look at the control arms.
