Default Clutch engagement

Hey fellow manual tranny drivers. Where does your clutch start to engage in it's travel? I've had several manuals in my life, so I know I have not abused it, but I am noticing my engagement happens at the upper reaches of the pedal travel. Like it is worn...I only have 3000 miles. Master cylinder is full, so I know it should not be a fluid issue.

Just the way it is with the new hydraulic clutches. Just don't push the pedal in all the way, you'll figure it out eventually.
