Default Changing Tuners with sct device

I bought a 2016 mustang gt that was tuned by a random tuner but brought a sct device, but I want to change tuners and go with palmbeach dyno, how does this process work ? Also for the tune itself, I’ve heard it’s a week long process, but I have lu47 Injectors so I can run the e85 tune, and I heard I can’t run those injectors without a tune, so how am I supposed to run the car ? Also I’m changing out the cold air intake the car came with because it was cheap with a JLT one, do I put that on before I start the tune or will that mess with the previous tune somehow, and one more question, I have headers coming in in about 3-4weeks, will I need a re tune whenever I put them on the car ? Sorry I have so many questions but I don’t know too much about cars yet

Those are all questions for your tuner.

Does Palm Beach Dyno tune using the SCT? If so, then they will write the tune to the device for you. If they use something else then you will need to buy whatever tuner they use.
