Started getting this weird rattle at about few thousand miles on the car, it seems to happen at random times and the harder I accelerate the louder the rattle is. I took it to the dealership they said they did a test drive and ran it through different RPMs and they could not reproduce it. It did not happen straight for 2 weeks but is now back again.

It happens sporadically and I'm not sure how to reproduce it, I have tried numerous things. The only thing I notice is that when the heat is on and the heated seats is on, that is when I have noticed it happening the most.

Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

If car has factory warranty left take it to the dealer and let them fix it.

He said he took it to the dealer and they could not recreate the sound. If they can't find something wrong, they won't fix it.

I've heard of the resonators causing the rattle. Never heard one in person, so I can't say for sure it's your problem. Ford came out with a new design. Google "mustang resonator rattle" and you'll see other people talking about it.
