Default 2015 Battery Voltage

Left work yesterday with no issues. Drove 6 miles away. Turned off car for ~2 minutes. Pressed button to start car and the car started "slowly". It didnt crank continuously but didnt START. Like a soft Start. I could see headlights and RTR lights in the glass doors ahead of me and they were dim for the 1-2 seconds after the start and came on full brightness after 1-2 seconds. When to the info center in the gauge cluster and the battery voltage was reading 12.9 Volts. Got on the street and at 40mph and the voltage was 14.0 volts. Slowed to a stop for a light and the voltage droppped to 13.9, 13.5, and finally rested at 12.9. This drop in voltage happened with my drop in speed from 20mph to zero. This happened all the way home (6 miles) at 3-4 different lights. Driving the voltage is 14, stopped it is 12.9.

Thoughts? Battery? Alternator? Voltage regulator?

Car specs: 2015 GT, 11,800 miles, 6-Speed manual, no wrecks.
Mods: roush axle backs and rtr upper and lower grill with lights.
