Mustang 2016 door handle problem

Hi
I own 2016 V6 mustang and the left door handle lock,unlock isn't working but the right door is working perfectly, anyone has any idea ?
for more information about the problem when i put my finger on the left door lock sensor isn't working and when i put my hand to unlock the car when it is locked it is not working either but the right door works fine

I'll move this to the V6 section. You'll get more help there. In this section, the goofs will just tell you to get a V8 to fix the problem. They fear the torque monster.

Maybe the S550 section, since it's a 2016.
