So it looks like I'm going to have to order a 2019 Ecoboost convertible as my dealer can't find a 2018 with what I want on it. He tells me that Highland Green is going to be Bullitt only but I found what appears to be the sheet sent around to dealers with all the details of each Mustang model listed and available options and in the paint section it lists Highland Green but does not indicate that it is "Bullitt only". Can anyone confirm or deny this? I really like the green (if timing had been right, I would already have a Guard convertible) and would order it in a heartbeat.

Even though the sheet says Highland Green, I do believe that is a Bullitt only color. At least that's how it was back in 2001 when I bought my Bullitt but I chose to go Black instead of Green.

First, it's generically referred to as Highland Green but it is actually Dark Highland Green on Bullitts. DHG has ONLY been used on Bullitt versions and as far as I know, there's no plan by Ford to use it elsewhere EVER. It's a tradition.

There were, however, some models in the past that used Highland Green as a color option. Got a buddy w/an older F250 w/HG as the color and he & I have often argued about the color. But ONLY the Bullitt gets DHG.

Well, I guess it's going to be Ruby Red then. Unless I see the new blue and like that, since I did like the Lightning Blue as well.
