I've purchased 10 new Fords over the years myself.
It does sound as if you've been as nice as possible.I'm sure that Ford faces abuse warranty work far too often on Mustangs,gets crosseyed with some of the claims,but I think the facts of your case show where the responsibility lies.
I hope that the nice approach works for you.There's a time to be nice-there's also a time to not be so nice.
I also hope that there's another Ford dealership that's not too distant,to handle your work.Forgive the analogy,but sometimes you get in a situation where you have to deal with someone else,as the gears just won't mesh with the first person.

More Pics. Here is a picture of the first paint repair while still on the Ford Dealer's lot (The dealership said the auto repair shop said it was repaired and it was returned to the dealership). This picture was taken while still on the dealer lot, right before they returned my keys. An assistant service manager was with me. Additional damage to the paint was caused while in their care, which can be proven with pictures, including pictures on the Ford dealership lot the day I left the car.

These repairs/problems have exhausted and worn me out. I hope all other 2015 Mustang GT owners have better luck! 
Final Update after a few years: This was never resolved. Ford appeared to make little effort to resolve. Same transmission problem. My heart goes out to all the car owners that have experienced something similar.
