Previous generation Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 KR and Super Snake were icons for many Mustang fans. Sport hoods with massive scoops were the key design element that made them stand out from the crowd of other Mustangs.

SN550 generation GT350 doesn't have such scoops, but aftermarket manufacturers decided to make a replica of the famous GT500KR style hood and fit it on the new bodystyle Mustang:

TBH, I dont think it looks good for this body style. I had this hood for my old 2012 mustang and it looked amazing! But I don't think this style hood matches the up well with the body lines of the 2015+ Mustang.

I agree! Sometimes wanting something different doesn't make a nice looking car look better! Look at most of the body mods for Corvettes! Most of the mods make a Corvette look fat, heavy & cumbersome! I haven't seen a body mod for a 2015/16 Mustang yet that I thought improved the look.

Not too bad. But I think it may look out of place without the extra side panel and wheel well mods. It would really make the hood stand tall compared to the rest of the car.
