Literally can't find a single one, God I hate this state, please inform me any that I might have missed, something that doesn't require a tune so I don't void my warrenty, doubt any exist in this communist state.

Look no further than Ford Racing, all their stuff is 50 state CARB legal. Honestly I don't know why people don't look at Ford Racing first. All their stuff is legal and doesn't void the warranty.

charging out the parts and putting stock tune in for inspection is a task that can be done easily as well.

Where are you looking? Go to their website. Contrary to what some say, their prices aren't 2-3 times higher than others. CJ Pony Parts carries Ford Racing products as well.
