got a question for y'all. i've paired my phone (galaxy s7) with sync and it seems to connect fine... contacts load, messages load, etc. however, when i try and call someone through sync, it will show the call connecting, but will automatically default to privacy mode, and not let me turn it off of privacy mode, or allow me to hang up via sync... thoughts? it should be the 2.2 version of sync 3 (it said there was some sort of installation error when i updated it, but it seems to be working fine otherwise)

i haven't done a master reset yet (which will be the next step), but i was curious if anyone has had this issue before.

My wife had that problem with her Galaxy S7 and it is something in the phone settings. Sadly I don't know what the fix was but the guy at Verizon fixed it in 2 minutes.

what's weird about it is that it will work fine, every time, if I call person 1, but it will screw up, every time, when i call person 2 :/
