Nothing else needed. Just make sure you aren't overpaying for a long piece of pipe.

Okay is there anything else ud recommend getting along with this? I was thinking about switching gears to 3.73s as ive heard the torque and response is way better

No, in these cars you have to change the whole pumpkin(diff) to change gears. Not worth it. Only way is if you find someone who wants your gears and you want his then even swap but it's a lot of work. If you're down there get a cradle lockout kit and vertical links from BMR suspension.

Ah I see, so that's for the older models not the s550's? Because I just checked my door panel and it states YY which means it's stock gears are 3.15 rn

On the S550s you don't change gears, you change the whole duff.

If you're not looking to overspend then a simple x-pipe with the resonator delete is cheap and sounds good.

Sorry if I sound stupid as I said im new to this stuff lol but does a catback system require a h or x pipe or does that come with it... because I want to replace everything and ive been looking at catbacks for awhile

Yes the "catback" starts just as the header reaches the bottom of the car. It will be either an x or h then all the way back. A decent fatback will cost you ~900 so I would suggest trying to pick one up used using the forums or coyote Facebook groups. It's just really expensive for piping that makes noise and adds no power.
