Excessive Front Tire Wear

1 Attachment(s)
I have a 2015 GT PP and replaced the rear wheels with American Muscle 19X10 PP wheels and moved the factory rear tires to the front. When I moved the rear tires to the front they were rubbing the struts, so I put 15mm wheel spacers on the front. All was well.

While performing an oil change, I notices the inside of both front tires were very worn and these are new tires with less than 5K miles. I took it to the dealership for an alignment and they checked it and said it was in-spec, but my wider tires and the spacer were causing the excessive wear. I asked if he could adjust the camber to compensate and they said no, they can only set to factory settings.

I took it to another tire shop (Firestone) and they said they could fix the problem. When I got it back he said the camber is within spec and can't be adjusted for any additional camber (see picture of the alignment sheet).

The vehicle has not been lowered, what are my options? Thanks!

A little more toe-in will help.
and/or
A little less negative camber will help.
Caster/Camber plates start at around $250.
Camber bolts (Replaces upper bolts on lower strut mounts) are a #$%^%^ to get adjusted correctly, but are around $35.
