Hey everyone so ive been having this problem for around a year now, the check engine light came on about a year ago for a cyl 4 misfire they replaced a coil and called it good a couple weeks later bam, same thing took ot in and they "reprogrammed" the ecm and it came on intermittentley for about a day per occourance now it came back on and i dont feel like seeing it anymore the only thing i have done to it is cat back 3" borla exhaust only run 93 octane i hear rumors of the intake manifold runner controls being bad im just wondering if anyone else has this problem or could point me in a direction
Thanks

So what code for the misfire exactly did they get, P0304 or P0354? Those are both for misfires but for very different reasons, thus the solution will be different. and who is "They", Dealer? Intake controls usually affect a bank of cylinders (1-4 or 5-8), not just one cylinder of a bank because the runners controllers are not just for an individual cylinder.
