Exclamation Ordering a 2019 GT 'Vert & X Plan

I'm in process of ordering a new Convertible & stumbled onto a problem X Plan is available to us, but the dealer tells us he is discounting our new car more than X Plan save us.
They say no additional discounts [except factory rebates] can be applied to our order if we use X Plan..
Does this sound right ???

If he is discounting it below the X plan price then go with his pricing. But confirm your X plan price by using the FordPartner.com site to check the pricing and make sure that the actual selling price (not the price after the dealer puts in the incentives and rebates) is lower than the X plan price.

He should show you the Ford information sheet with the X plan price on it as well

I used Ford Partner X Plan actual build site, when I saw the discounts; not just on the GT Premium 'Vert but on each individual upgrade as well; I was really pumped then got to comparing the final X Plan price with Dealers offer..
Dealer Won!
I just thought that some of the discounts from Dealer would carry over to the X Plan.
So far no-one has said that's possible.

The X plan price is set by Ford so the dealer can't discount it any more than what Ford set for the price.

Xplan sucks they can always go lower than xplan. I work for the railroad and we get supplier discounts and Fords xplan is the crappiest discount we get. Unfortunately Ford is what I always buy.
