I have 19" wheels with Brembos on the front. My spare is good for the original standard brakes and won't fit on the front of my car. If I have a flat on the front, I would need to put the spare on the rear, and then replace the flat front with the good one from the rear.

I'm sure a 5th 20" wheel wont fit in the trunk spare tire well?

Will spare tire for years 2007 to 2019 will fit GT's with the 20" wheels? Is the front or the back or both the issue? I want a spare for my 2015 Mustang GT with 20"s. I would swap front to back or back to front then mount spare to get me home on weekends when tire shops are closed. Any input is appreciated. Could I buy spares from other ford cars???

Do you have a PP car? From what I understand, the problem isn't the size of the wheel per say, but the fact that the standard spare tire offered for the non-PP equipped cars will not fit over the larger brake calipers that come with the PP option. I thought I saw a website a while ago that was working on a spare tire kit that was supposed to be compatible with the PP cars but they had not been successful at the time. I thought I saved the web link but I'm having trouble finding it now. Maybe they gave up?
