Mustang S550 2016 electrical problem / issue #2 Tail lights stucked

My second issue with my 20k miles mustang is that my tail lights are stucked like if im pressing the stop pedal at all time. Blinkers wont work at all... any ideas?

Most likely the brake light switch that works off of the brake peddle arm. See if it is sticking. Once that is check/replaced check the turn signals again.
