My dads got a 95 3.8L v6 Stang and ever since i bought my 5.0L he has done nothing but bad talk my * little match box * LOL!

Anyways i keep telling him i would smoke his car but he seems to think otherwise lol.

So For The Records:

Who Will Win:

1988 5.0L V8 Lx OR 1995 3.8L V6 ?

you got him. Your car is lighter.. I think its got more horsepower and torque. He would get slaughtered easily unless i completely mis calculated.. Arent v6's under 200 hp?

Just looked it up and it claims the v6 mustang have 145hp for that year. Its pretty self explanatory from there. :P

It would be closer with a 99+ standard, but still goes to the 5.0, stock for stock anyway.

the 95 has no chance providing drivers are equal, but a bad driver can lose almost any race. if you can drive its yours

yeah were both stock lol.. iv got aftermarket headers if that matters much?

The only thing is that he has like 20 years experience driving manual and i have like 2 months lol.

as long as you dont blow the tires off or miss a shift i would imagine you should win. you car has about 70 h.p. on him and even more torque and his car is a few hundred pounds heavier. providing his car is stock once in awhile you run across a v6 thats been significantly modded
