Come on over and join the team, BB! There will no doubt be some sick deals on leftovers by later this year or so. I'd keep that SRT though.

I think you may be able to do it but it would have been easier on a 2008 at the end of '08. Ford realized they were not selling many S197 anymore and they seriously limited the production to only 45,000 units in '09 versus 130,000 units in '08. The lots around here don't have many '09's.

Hell dealerships in SoCal were advertising them for under $20k back in '08. I talked to a dealer who said they sold one for under $18k before T&L.

wow.. now it would be a tough choice.. especially if they keep the price down around 32,000.. should be close to equal. LS3 vs 5.0.. It is an alluminum block so don't expect it to be much heavier than the current 2010 model... I'd expect the Mustang to beat the Camaro by a few tenths in the 1/4... just from being atleast 300lbs lighter atleast, and they said in that article that the power curve looks really good.

WHAAAAT?!?! I knew there was no way that Ford would leave the same engine for 10 continuous years. They just wanted to get people to buy the new body style, and then get the people who are about performance in the next year. I bet they will also throw a 6 speed. It looks like I will be upgrading in a year!!! Im curious to see how it will be priced, specially since I think it will be slightly faster than the maro because of lighter wheight. IM EXCITED!!!

I hope they keep the weight down to keep the nice handeling and power to weight ratio, but ford doesn't have a history of that, they always seem to increase the weight with each model. If they don't, that would make for a really kick *** car
