You really should.

Awesome numbers for your buddy. That's crazy. My car only makes around 45 more rwhp on motor and it's a heads/cam/intake car. LS3 is a monster.

its a 1970 challenger RT. factory 426 hemi car, built to 500ci. the car was built by bob george racing near pittsburgh, and run by his son curt. in full 'race trim', he ran in the high 8s and low 9s, and when he tightened it up a little for street use (friendlier street tune, mufflers, tires) it ran in the high 9s.

curt was killed in 2004, shortly after selling the car to a collector who never drives it. it has a nice hood, but the current owner is odd and thinks that it looks better without it...so he doesnt use it. the current owner pissed with the top end and it doesnt run right now...last i saw, the guy ran low 11s with it running very poorly. every year, pittsburgh raceway park has a memorial event in curts name, and they named the return road after him.

this is a picture of the cars that curt helped build at the first annual memorial race. my car is towards the back, as im one of the slower cars. most of them run super pro. the green car up front was to be curts next car before he was killed...its ran low 8s, and it might have gotten into the 7s late last season.

Very cool... it's a shame the collector doesnt run the car still.
