Eh, my car feels pretty okay. But then again, when I jump form my high 14 second Mustang into my 11 second one....well, there's really no comparison. Problem with wanting to go fast is you always want more. We're never satisfied. A guy I knew sold his auto 01 vert Vette because it was too fast. If I am not mistaken those ran like mid-13's?

No it's not a rich area. It is all based on population. There are how many million people in the greater Chicago are? Of those there are bound to be a high number of car people, of those car people there are going to be a higher number that take things to a higher level. Like I said, if you go out around here on a friday or saturday night and are looking to play, you better be in the 11's or just stick to picking on the slower Hondas. You cannot compare what you see in Montana to what you see in Chicago, Detroit, Houston, LA, New York.

I always looked at things from the point of view that the car is driven on the street and the odds of another decently quick car pulling up to you at a light... factor in how many of those are on the street and then try and apply some math comparing the numbers of the decently quick cars to all the other joe shmoe 15 and 16 second cars
the outcome I always come up with is...
13's = decently quick
12's = fast
11's = DAMN!
10's = should be a drag strip car

11's = DAMN!
