Also 360rwhp is really high water mark for a bolt on and cammed 3v. Most make 34xrwhp.

This is true... 34x RWHP is a strong running cammed/bolt on 3V.
I'm curious what all has been shaved off as well. I can come up with about 100lbs off the top of my head, its the other 150-200 I'm confused about. 3400 WITHOUT you in the car would be more reasonable, but still a stretch.
345 last time on a dyno before ewp, udps and tune... also i daily bigs and littles and lots of other stuff before i removed sway bar and evap it was 3280 with 1/4 tank i weight 175...

That's an awful light S197. Would love to see the scale receipt. Even still, you will have to get him from a dig because he will still have too much top end for you. If you were to consider 100lbs = 10hp, he still has 30hp on you and much better aero.

not only aero, but gearing as well, the gearing in a GTO is made for great top end speed, even more of a reason he wouldn't be able to beat the goat in anything past the 1/8th mile
