Default Poll: Terminator Vs. 3V GT (Serious Voting Only)

Ok,

So, I have kind of had it with the 3V Group talking ****, about beating Pullied Cobra's with their Bolt-on GT that is barely out of the 13's.

Please vote if you TRULY and HONESTLY Think an Intake/Full Exhaust/Geared/Tuned 3V GT is a driver's race or even a remotely Close race to a 450+ RWHP Cobra.

Please vote if you are Serious, and want to answer Seriously. Please do not vote if it is not a serious vote.

If you wish to comment, please, let's keep this civil, and don't try to make more of this than it is. Take it for what it is.

You mean there are actually pencil peens out there that think a normally aspirated 3V would take a Termi? Really?

Yes, a ton.

For one, S197Forum is loaded, and they think Cammed 3V's are a drivers race with a Pullied Cobra. They truly believe it.

I guess if you race 1-2 of them, and beat the driver, you can beat them all, right? LOL

It's a numbers game......either you have the ponies and the torque or you do not. A poor driver can be beaten no matter what he drives, but, in the hand of a competent driver it's no contest.

I voted no. They're retarded. The Termie has the same engine size with better heads and a blower. That against something with less head and no blower? All the cam, tune, bolt on crap in the world is NOT going to make up for worse heads and no blower. And when you consider that a Termie with a pulley swap usually has bolt ons and tune....wtf, who are they kidding.

Drivers I can see, a good driver in a 3V vs some guy in a pullied Cobra that blows his tires off for the first 3 gears and short shifts. Yeah. But the other 90+% of the time, no.

Taking the mods on both cars into consideration the only way the 3V would have a prayer is if the Cobra driver stalled it or went up in a plume of smoke. Properly driven from a light, roll hits from whatever speed, the 3V shouldn't stand a chance unless the Cobra driver ****ed up bigtime.
