LT1s do fall off up top, but the RSX is going to all but stop pulling after 100-110 mph. My SI struggled to touch 125 mph, took forever. Personally, I think the LT1 will steadily pull away and once they hit triple digits, it will flat run away from the Acura.

My buddy use to have an '05/'06 model Type S (The ones with the much more attractive headlights) before he wised up and bought an S197. His had a long tube headers with a cat delete and I believe a drop in filter (been a long time). When he would race my car (210rwhp, 260rwtq) I would pull hard down low but up top we would be pretty even, if not a little advantage to him. For a comparison, my car runs very well with stock PI 2v's. So an LT1 shouldn't have too much trouble but if it's from a roll but I would expect it to be decently close.

alright, thanks guys. i figured that it would be a close run, i could have sworn bone stock they were trapping in the 98mph area for some odd reason. i guess they're a little slower than that lol
and as to the LT1's falling off up top, it's only really after 4800-4900rpm where they start dropping off, so only the last 800-900rpm is where they start loosing steam. i've personally had the 150mph speedo pegged in mine, so i know it will do it.

I've had more than one LT1 follow me in my Mach up to 150 mph. The RSX isn't going to pass 135 mph. Just can't do it without some bolt-ons, tuning, etc. Those cars shine from 40ish mph up to about 80 mph, thats about it from what I've seen.
