I haven't been watching, anyone know the best 1/4 mile time on a stock camaro? or better yet, top 2 or 3... since some people like to claim better/wider tires is still stock, i've seen on other forums 5.0 owners claiming stock when they have drag radials....

IDK about the best ETs, but I have seen a couple manual stockers run 13.0 at 111 mph. Friend of mine has one with intake/tune/headers, and a mild cam and runs high 11s at 117ish on street tires.

I try not to be a fan boy when it comes to stuff like this. Before my 08 GT got boosted I had the Steeda CAI, UDP's, 4.10s, 93oct Brenspeed tune and from a roll I got pulled on by a 2010 SS. Gearing might matter but once you get up top there really is no substitution for horsepower if the weight in the vehicles is fairly close. Once I got the supercharger on it I pulled on him pretty good but without it from a 20 roll he put about 2 lengths on me before we quit.

My 06 mustang had those mods plus cams, delete plates and an aluminum d/s and I couldn't get into the 12s. My best time was 13.185 and this was with 1.7XXX. I believe on the top end my car my be pulling timing. Also the tracks D/A is anywhere from 900' to nearly 3000'. At the 1/8 mile track with the same D/A, I have hit sub 8.4s which is high 12s.
